Cynthia and James Kolander have lived at Desert Mountain since they built their home here. They work from the Desert Mountain Sales Center with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty — members and residents first, then advisors.

She has helped buyers and sellers at Desert Mountain for more than two decades, ran her own company from 2007, and later joined the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s office on the mountain.
